Lease your property to Alehost and receive a fixed, guaranteed rent. We pay each month’s rent the day before the month begins. We are your tenant: we take care of utilities, maintenance, repairs and operating expenses.
We are looking for guesthouses, hotels, boarding houses and homes, mainly in Madrid. If you own an accommodation property or an entire building, we can assess a direct lease to Alehost: one tenant and an agreed monthly rent.
