Madrid fairs and events in 2023: an archive for owners
Several factors affect holiday apartment prices. One important influence is local events.
An event’s effect depends on the property’s location, transport links and audience. Increased demand may justify a rate review, but compare it with actual booking pace and competitors.
Noting relevant events in advance helps plan the calendar. Verify dates and changes with the organiser and assess the effect on your property; not every event creates the same demand or supports the same price rise.
With that in mind, Alehost looks at professional fairs in Madrid worth considering for holiday accommodation.
